In doing so, we noticed increasingly that users wanted to deploy the platform not only for disruption communication or mobility projects, but also for broader marketing applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until now, campaign flows and project structures were primarily tailored to existing campaign types within mobility and communication. As a result, a separate workflow for marketing campaigns was lacking, even though many users specifically needed a single central environment for various types of campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new marketing module originated from that need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One environment for multiple campaign types<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the marketing module, users can now also create and manage marketing campaigns within your BaaS platform. A separate campaign type has been added with its own project structure, setup flow, and management capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of working from separate tools or workflows, this creates a single central environment where different campaign types can coexist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means, for example, that in addition to a mobility campaign, a user can now also set up a campaign for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brand visibility\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service promotion\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product marketing\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target group communication\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">without leaving the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A proprietary marketing project structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the marketing module, a campaign is assigned its own structure that aligns with marketing objectives. Users can work with a project title, description, URL, and optional phases within the same project, among other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, your BaaS platform supports the setup flow with AI-assisted suggestions and recommended social channels based on the campaign content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This makes it easier to set up marketing campaigns faster from the same familiar environment as other campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Less switching between systems<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In practice, many organizations work with multiple tools side by side for various communication goals. It is precisely this that often leads to fragmentation in workflows, settings, and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adding marketing as a fully-fledged campaign type within your BaaS platform creates greater cohesion between different forms of communication. Users need to switch between systems less frequently and can manage campaigns from a single central environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This not only provides a better overview but also ensures that campaigns can be set up faster and managed more consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From mobility platform to broader campaign environment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The marketing module shows that your BaaS platform is continuously evolving into a broader campaign environment for various forms of communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, a user can create a marketing project for a specific service, add a project description and landing page, and then immediately receive recommended social channels via the setup flow.
