As Nuisance Communication Project Leader, you ensure that clients in your region use the platform successfully and you actively build new relationships. You are an advisor, ambassador and point of contact all in one for the customer.

What you will do

As Project Leader Nuisance Communication, you are the permanent point of contact for customers in your region. You will guide new customers in using the platform, think along about smart deployment per project and maintain warm relations with existing users. You will also identify new opportunities in your region: who can benefit from Bouwcommunicatie-as-a-Service, but does not yet know about it? You know how to find and convince them.

You don't have to build campaigns yourself, customers do that through the platform. You make sure they get off to a good start, gain confidence in using it and keep coming back.

  • You know the infrastructure or mobility sector inside out
  • You are strong in relationship management and know how to convert opportunities into concrete leads
  • You have an affinity for digitalisation and think from the user's point of view
  • You work independently, in a structured way and take responsibility
  • A salary between €2,500 and €5,000, depending on experience
  • Lease car or mobility budget with permanent employment
