The 5 May square in Maarn for Van de Haar

Van de Haar recently completed the initial work on 5 Mei-plein in Maarn. On this project, we handled the online communication to inform and involve residents in the work. You can read how we approached this below.

“A fine collaboration with a clear understanding of the goal achieved!” - Van de Haar.

Immediately well informed

During works, it is important that local residents and road users are informed at the front. This prevents confusion and frustration during implementation. That is why the area to be reached was examined beforehand. Two weeks prior to the works, various messages were then shared within this area.

The messages we shared consisted of different text versions and were shared via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Search and YouTube. Thus, the target audience was constantly reached in a way that was most applicable to each individual person.

Halfway through the project, the schedule changed unexpectedly. We were alerted to this via social media and within 10 minutes the campaign was offline. We immediately contacted our client, agreed on the new date and had the campaign back live with the right information in one hour.

The fast, transparent and proactive way of communicating was positively received by both the environment and our client. We received compliments on the alertness and professionalism of our approach. A great example of how good monitoring and cooperation leads to trust and commitment.
