Traffic Solvers is developing a platform that allows organisations to launch their own digital campaigns around work and mobility within minutes. The founders are active in a strong network but want to accelerate their penetration into new markets and customer bases.
Therefore, we are looking for someone for Sales Development / a working student who will help at the front end: finding and approaching new organisations. You will ensure that we get into conversation with parties who do not yet know us. In this way, you will directly contribute to the growth of a tech startup.
What you will do
In this role, you will help build new contacts and create commercial opportunities. You will identify potential customers and research which organisations are relevant to Traffic Solvers. You will then make initial contact via, for example, LinkedIn or email, and ensure that conversations are initiated.
You schedule appointments for demos and support their preparation. You also contribute ideas on how best to convey our story and where market opportunities lie.
You maintain an overview of the pipeline and ensure that contact points and progress are properly recorded. In this way, you help to bring structure to our commercial approach.
Your profile
You're interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or startups and enjoy connecting with people. You're not afraid to approach someone and can naturally strike up a conversation.
You work independently and take the initiative, but you can also work in a structured way and maintain an overview. You contribute ideas, ask questions, and spot opportunities where others might not yet see them.
An affinity for tech and social media helps to grasp the product more quickly, but more importantly, you need to be curious and a fast learner.
What we offer
You will be given a flexible role of between 2 and 16 hours per week, which we will arrange together based on your availability. You will work directly with the founders and gain significant insight into how a startup grows commercially. For this, you will receive €16 – €21 per hour, depending on experience, supplemented by a bonus per appointment made.
You'll be given the space to bring in your own ideas and take responsibility for your work. At the same time, you'll learn how to build a commercial pipeline and how to go from initial contact to concrete conversations. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive a small bonus per quality
