Trainee Junior Account Manager

Traffic Solvers has an AI platform that allows municipalities and contractors to launch campaigns around works and mobility within minutes. We are looking for an intern to help guide customers effectively and ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will work directly with the founders and be closely involved in the execution. This way, you'll learn how projects and client relationships are built in practice.
What you will do
In this role, you will actively participate in generating new leads and building commercial opportunities. You will help identify potential customers and make initial contact via LinkedIn or e mail, for example. You will learn how to generate interest and initiate conversations.
Additionally, you will assist in following up on leads and maintaining contact with (potential) customers. You will ensure that meetings are well prepared and scheduled, and contribute ideas on how to best convey our message.
You will gain insight into the complete sales process and see how leads are converted into concrete orders. You will work in a structured manner and ensure that contact moments and progress are properly recorded.
Your profile
You're interested in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship and enjoy interacting with people. You're curious, a strong communicator, and not afraid to approach others.
You work independently, take initiative and see opportunities to do things more smartly or better. At the same time, you work in a structured way and maintain an overview of what is ongoing.
An affinity with tech and social media helps to understand the product faster, but more importantly, you need to be eager to learn and adaptable.
What we offer
You will undertake an internship where you will actively contribute to the commercial growth of Traffic Solvers. Your internship allowance is 350 euros. You will work directly with the founders and gain insight into how sales and customer relationships work in practice.
There is ample room to learn, take initiative and develop yourself. You will receive guidance where needed, but also the freedom to work independently.
