BaaS Release: module for project phases is live

Within your BaaS platform, we continuously develop based on situations users encounter in practice. Particularly in mobility, infrastructure, and events projects, we observe that communication rarely consists of a single campaign. Work proceeds in phases, situations change, and the message directed at road users or local residents also evolves throughout the project.

It is precisely there that fragmentation often arises. New campaigns are rebuilt from scratch, settings are transferred manually, and the overview between different phases is lost more quickly, even though those campaigns are still substantively part of the same project. The new phases module was developed to meet this need.

One central structure within your project

With the phases module, multiple project phases can be managed as separate campaign runs within your BaaS platform. As a result, project phases no longer exist merely implicitly within a schedule or project description, but can actually be created, organized, and linked to campaigns separately.

This is particularly relevant for projects consisting of multiple consecutive phases, such as roadworks, events, or long-term communication projects. For example, you can work with phases such as preparation, closure, and diversion. From the same program, you then add a new campaign for each phase with its own timing, budget allocation, and platform deployment, while maintaining the relationship with the main project.

Less manual work between phases

Within your BaaS platform, campaigns therefore do not need to be set up from scratch every time. Existing campaign settings, channel structures, and configurations can be reused within new phases. As a result, campaigns align better with one another, and it takes less time to set up follow-up communication during the project.

For users working on long-term projects, this primarily provides greater overview. Not only during campaign setup, but also when managing and following up on communication over extended periods. Instead of separate campaigns running side by side, a single central structure is created in which phases remain logically connected.

More control over communication during the project

The phases module primarily helps to create more coherence between planning, communication, and campaign management. Especially in projects where communication evolves over multiple phases, this makes it easier to maintain consistent communication and add new campaigns more quickly without losing the existing structure.

This way, within your BaaS platform, you no longer work with separate communication moments, but from one central approach for the entire project.
