BaaS Release: engagement module is live

Within your BaaS platform, we continue to develop based on user feedback and situations we encounter in practice. In doing so, we noticed that reach figures often tell only part of the story.

A campaign can generate many impressions or clicks, but that does not directly indicate how people actually respond to the content. Especially in mobility and disruption communication, reactions, comments, and interaction are often at least as valuable to take into account.

The new engagement module arose from that need.

More insight into how people react

With the engagement module, users within your BaaS platform get a central view of engagement statistics for campaigns.

Instead of disparate figures scattered across various platforms, a single overview is created showing how people actually respond to campaign content. Think of reactions, comments, and shares, broken down across the active platforms within a campaign.

This provides greater insight into how communication is received.

From reach to engagement

Within many campaigns, the focus is logically on reach and traffic. However, it is precisely in the responses that additional context often emerges.

People ask questions, share experiences, or respond to measures that affect their daily lives. By making engagement data centrally visible, it becomes easier to include engagement alongside reach in campaign management.

That helps users better understand which messages resonate and where additional communication may be needed.

One central engagement view

The engagement module has been added to the existing campaign dashboard of your BaaS platform. As a result, users can not only view reach and traffic data from the same environment, but also click directly through to the underlying responses to campaign content.

This ensures greater coherence between monitoring, analysis, and community management.

For example, a user can open the engagement view of a live campaign and see how many responses, comments, and shares have been registered per platform. From the same overview, they can then proceed directly to the corresponding comment stream for that campaign.

More context surrounding campaigns

The engagement module therefore primarily helps to place campaigns better in context. Not only by looking at how many people have been reached, but also at how people actually respond to communication.

Especially for campaigns concerning nuisance, accessibility, or changes in public space, this yields valuable insights for follow-up communication and community management.

This increasingly creates a single central environment within your BaaS platform where not only campaigns are set up, but the surrounding interaction also remains visible.
