BaaS Release: Snapchat integration is live

Within your BaaS platform, we continue to develop based on user feedback and developments within the mobility landscape. In doing so, we increasingly received requests on how campaigns could be better targeted at younger audiences.

Particularly for events, inner-city projects, and mobility campaigns, reaching young people via traditional channels does not always prove sufficient. At the same time, target groups continuously move between different platforms, which also calls for broader channel choices within campaigns.

The Snapchat integration arose from that need.

Snapchat now available on your BaaS platform

From now on, campaigns can also be rolled out via Snapchat from your BaaS platform. This adds Snapchat to the existing campaign channels within the platform, allowing users to reach their target audience via even more social platforms from the same environment.

Users do not need to switch between separate advertising platforms or workflows for this. Campaigns can be set up, managed, and monitored within the same structure as existing campaigns on other social channels.

Reach younger target groups better

The addition of Snapchat is particularly relevant for campaigns in which younger target groups play an important role.

Consider, for example:

  • Event communication
  • Urban works
  • Campaigns around schools or student locations
  • Accessibility communication for young people

By adding Snapchat to your campaign approach, you create greater spread across different platforms and increase the chance that communication actually reaches target audiences that are less active on traditional channels.

More channel choice within a single campaign

In practice, this primarily means more flexibility when setting up campaigns.

Users can now better determine which platforms suit a specific target audience or situation, without the need for separate systems or processes. This creates more freedom to distribute campaigns more intelligently across different channels within the same workflow.

For example, a user can set up a mobility campaign using Meta and Google for broad visibility, while Snapchat is specifically added to better reach younger target groups within the same project area.

One central environment for your campaign channels

With the addition of Snapchat, your BaaS platform continues to grow as a central environment for digital mobility and communication campaigns.

This makes it easier to set up campaigns from one place, reach different target groups, and better tailor communication to user behavior per platform.
